"My family of 5 stayed here and this property was perfect. Easy to walk to the beach, old town and the station, the location is perfect. Situated in a quieter area of the city away from the main strip, easy to sleep peacefully at night. Property has central cooling that is adjustable in each room, plus shutters that keep the midday sun out and the apartment cool (I wish these were standard in the US). The apartment is nicely finished, with a very modern kitchen and two bathrooms, fast internet when not dealing with WiFi channel contention (see below)."

"The property was wonderful. The only minor issues where related to the WiFi, the bed firmness and a little note for families with small children. - the Internet is super fast, but the WiFi can struggle at times to maintain a stable connection. It appears there is a lot of competing networks that are flooding the channels. Not a big deal overall, just go out and enjoy Nice. - the beds were a touch too firm for our liking. This is very much a personal preference so your mileage may vary, just be aware. - the apartment has some sculptures for decor that although nice for probably the majority of people starting there, if you have small kids they are a ticking time bomb. We moved them all to high shelves in the kitchen during our stay to avoid any unwanted accidents. Just something to be aware of. Needless to say that none of these things impacted our enjoyment staying in this amazing property."

"숙소는 사진과 같았다. 숙소는 예뻤고 위치는 좋았다. 안내해주신 분도 친절했다. 느낌있게 꾸며진 숙소다. 주방도 넓고 냉장고도 크고 세탁기, 식기세척기도 있었다. 입실 시간보다 일찍 사용할 수 있게 배려해주셨다. 해변과도 가깝지만 해변 가까운 숙소의 시끄러움이 없고, 아파트 조경도 잘 되어있다. 니스에서 이 정도 퀄리티의 숙소를 구하는 일이 쉽지 않을 것이다."

"그런데 우리는 니스에 일찍 도착했고 짐은 많았는데 짐을 맡아주지 않고 그걸 들고 입실시간 오후 4시까지 기다려야했다. 숙소와 열쇠를 받기위한 오피스까지 거리가 제법 있어서 많은 짐을 들고 숙소까지 걸어가야했다. 결정적으로 오피스에서 보내준 숙소 주소가 우리가 예약한 숙소랑 달랐다. 우리는 많은 짐을 땡볕에 끌고다니며 보내준 숙소를 찾았으나 없었다. 우리는 사기당했다고 생각했다. 고군분투 끝에 메일로 연결이 되었고 담당자는 친절하게 주소를 다시 알려주었다. 그래도 우리누 입실 시간보다 일찍 입실했다. 그러나 우리는 모두 지쳐 있었다."
